03 Mar 2015 MORGAN MARINE EXTENSION GETS ROYAL SEAL Of APPROVAL

HRH_Prince Charles_MorganMarine6.jpgWe welcomed the Prince of Wales on Friday 27th February who officially opened the new extension to the Morgan Marine office building at our headquarters in Llandybie, Carmarthenshire.

 HRH_Prince Charles_MorganMarine26.jpgHRH arrived to be greeted by local school children dressed in traditional Welsh costume including six year old Kayla Jones, grand daughter of our Director, David Jones, who handed him a bouquet of daffodils.

 HRH_Prince Charles_MorganMarine14.jpgMorgan Marine's Managing Director, Martyn Ingram,took HRH on a tour of the production plant where he met with some of our apprentices and longest serving employees, before meeting representatives from some of the charity groups we support. HRH then unveiled a commemorative plaque to officially open the new extension.

He enjoyed meeting and talking to our staff and we were pleased to be able to tell him about some of the work we do here at Morgan Marine.”
